You can also acces your own camera there.
Use your mouse to click and drag around the video to change the view. You can also zoom in and out. Pause and explore at any time by pressing the play/pause button under the video to stop and look around. The video below was shot on Monday, January 18, at 9:52 a.m. EST in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Actually there is no country which do not practice one or another form of restriction of access Internet and content filtering. One of the most severe forms of control is filter for “white list”.
A new Chinese government’s program of Internet filtering has started to move from the policy of “black lists” to a policy of “white lists” – which means that if before the ordinary people of China could go on all sites, except for prohibited, but now they have access only to network resources, approved by the government.
According to Reuters, the formation of “white lists” and registration of new domains Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China requested the local Internet providers and domain registrars. “Domain names that are not listed in our list will not be served” – ministry said.
Though the new rules do not prohibit access to the foreign pages, Chinese media claim that the foreign registration page will also have to take place in the general procedure. Thus, the Beijing News publication wrote that if access to legal sites will be blocked, the Internet will not perform its basic function – just to comunicate people around the world.

Lawsuits Against Nvidia
Posted in Computers on November 13, 2009 by FluffyThe five Owners of Apple, Dell and Hewlett-Packard laptops including a Louisiana man who bought an Apple MacBook Pro a year ago, have made their lawsuits against Nvidia, filed an amended complaint last week in a San Francisco federal court, accusing Nvidia of violating consumer-protection laws, computerworld.com reports.
Nvidia admitted to the problem in July 2008, when it said some older chipsets that had shipped in “significant quantities” of notebooks were flawed. In a subsequent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company argued that its chip suppliers, the laptop makers and even consumers were to blame.
Nvidia later told the SEC that it would take a $196 million charge to pay for replacing the graphics processors.
Apple, Dell and HP have all told users that some of their laptops contain faulty Nvidia chipsets. Apple, in fact, essentially said that Nvidia had misled it. “Nvidia assured Apple that Mac computers with these graphics processors were not affected,” Apple said in a support document posted last October. “However, after an Apple-led investigation, Apple has determined that some MacBook Pro computers … may be affected.”
From Windows to Linux
Posted in Computers, Internet, News on October 21, 2009 by FluffyOn the eve of Microsoft’s launch of Windows 7, the gloves are off in the fight for business customers. IBM today unveiled an all-out campaign to persuade U.S. companies, governments and organizations to finally break their Windows habit and make the switch to Linux, usatoday.com reported.
“Our data shows a remarkably high number of organizations planning to standardize on the new Windows 7 operating system in the near-term,” says Chris Neal, a vice president at Chadwick Martin Bailey. “Those who are holding back for the time being are more commonly staying with XP, rather than Vista.”
“This is the chance so many companies have been waiting for to break the proprietary lock Microsoft has on the desktop.” said Bob Picciano, general manager of IBM Lotus software. “They can permanently free themselves and their IT budgets with open source computing.”
