It has been announced via the Linus Upson’s official blog that it is planning to launch it’s own operating system called Google Chrome OS.

The authors write: “It’s been an exciting nine months since we launched the Google Chrome browser. Already, over 30 million people use it regularly. We designed Google Chrome for people who live on the web—searching for information, checking email, catching up on the news, shopping or just staying in touch with friends. However, the operating systems that browsers run on were designed in an era where there was no web. So today, we’re announcing a new project that’s a natural extension of Google Chrome—the Google Chrome Operating System. It’s our attempt to re-think what operating systems should be.” The new operating system based on Google’s 9-month-old Web browser will initially be targeted at netbooks Chrome, it is expected to begin running computers in the second half of 2010.

Now you can still download free a new web browser for Windows Google Chrome combined a minimal design with sophisticated technology which will help you to make the web faster, safer, and easier on Google.com

Mail Goggles is “designed to prevent you from sending stupid e-mails in the small hours, when you’re most likely to be inebriated and at risk of making a complete idiot of yourself” – writes Rafe Needleman on cnet.com. Paheps he is right.

Anyway if you want to check it out just go into Gmail’s settings, and turn on Mail Goggles in the “Labs” tab to activate Mail Goggles. Then adjust how and when it works in the “General” tab.
