When you put your wordpress based blog on your own hosting you need to install all plugins byself.
For examle wordpress stat plugin – here you need to know API Key (copy it from My Account/Profile page).
You can install Google analytics plugin.
I’ve installed “You Can Javascript” (developed by danielbachhuber) and now I don’t have a probem to put javascript code into body of blog post.
